At present, most of these sanitary ceramic polishing processes use manual polishing, and manual polishing has high physical harm to personnel, high labor intensity, relatively large dust when polishing the green body, and operators are prone to occupational diseases, and the product quality is affected by human factors, it is relatively large and cannot guarantee the homogeneity of the product.
The robot green body grinding workstation adopts robot grinding, which changes the uncertain factors when the traditional manual grinding personnel contact the body, improves the grinding efficiency, and reduces the occupational hazards to the operators; this workstation integrates three-station grinding and transporting. The integrated continuous polishing workstation greatly saves personnel configuration, increases polishing efficiency to a certain extent, and reduces labor costs.

1 Handling status
First, make an appointment on the touch screen to polish the varieties. Switch the control mode to "Auto" mode and press the "Start" button on the control cabinet. After the signal that the transport line can be transported arrives, the R4 transport robot starts to move, and transports the pre-booked body from the transport line to the 0th position of the turntable, and enters the state of waiting for polishing;
2 Polishing state of the robot
After the blanks at position 0 have been transported, the turntable will perform an action (90° per rotation) after the turntable receives the signal of completion of the transfer. Turn to the position of the polishing robot. After the polishing permission conditions are met, the robot executes the polishing program, and so on, the three stations are simultaneously polishing. After the three stations are all polished, the turntable receives the signal of completion of the polishing, the turntable starts to rotate, and the next round of polishing continues;
3 The offline state of the blank
After the 270° robot polishing is completed, the entire polishing process is completed. After the turntable rotates 90°, the handling robot receives the blanking program, and the handling robot executes the blanking operation. Transport the 360° blank off the assembly line (0° and 360° are the same position, the difference lies in the program execution). At this step, the green body is polished;
4 Pneumatic system
The pneumatic system of robot grinding is composed of pneumatic control valve, pneumatic solenoid valve, cylinder components and pneumatic accessories. The air pressure is provided by the air source manifold, and the air pressure required by each cylinder is adjusted by the pneumatic regulating valve. The pneumatic solenoid valve controls the on and off of each pipeline to start the cylinder and the original grinding head to perform the required steps for polishing.
